When you submit a coaching application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle (if shared), your preferred contact method, your goals and training background, and how you found us. If you opt in to text messages, we also record that you gave consent and when.

Your information is used for one purpose: to review your application and communicate with you about coaching. Garrett reviews every application personally. If you gave SMS consent, your phone number may be used to send you text messages about your application and any scheduled calls.

• By checking the consent box on the application form and providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Garrett Tucker Coaching about your coaching application and scheduled calls.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase — you can apply and work with Garrett without opting in.
• Your opt-in consent is stored with your application, including the date and time it was given.

We do not sell your personal information. Your details are only shared with trusted service providers that help run this site and deliver communications (for example, secure database hosting, scheduling, and message delivery). Those providers process your information only on our behalf.

Application records are kept only as long as needed to operate the coaching business. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing Garretttucker031718@gmail.com.
